But Be Careful. Here's the problem if some so called Loss Mitigation service wants Hundreds to Thousands of dollars up front from you to help you. I would really think Twice about that. It may be a SCAM. I would check with the BBB to see if they have had any complaints toward them. Or if they're even a member. I would also ask Real Estate Professionals to see if they have heard of that company. A Message to All Homeowners Facing Foreclosure. You can avoid a Foreclosure on your own and Salvage your Credit.
